Start with the wipe format and pack count
A soft pack, individual sachets in a box, a higher-count bag and a canister all imply different machinery, different artwork surfaces and different price points. Decide the sheet size and count first — those two numbers drive the pouch dimensions, the fill weight and the shelf price the pack can support.
Structure and lid decisions
For resealable packs, the lid style affects both perceived quality and how well the pack keeps the wipes wet after opening. Confirm the opening geometry as well: how the first wipe presents, whether the pack reseals flat, and whether the pack needs to stand or hang on shelf.
Artwork and print
Artwork should be prepared against the actual dieline rather than a flat rectangle, and the print method should be chosen with the target market in mind. Kraft or white substrates, spot colour versus full colour, and matte or gloss finishes all change both cost and lead time.
Claims and documentation
Any statement about the wipe material, biodegradability or certification has to match the finished product and its documentation. Confirm the certificate scope covers the specific formulation, pack count and disposal route you are launching, not just the material family.
