For all orders, expect a commercial invoice, packing list, and where relevant, a certificate of origin. If the destination market requires material safety documentation or recyclability certification, confirm it before production rather than after.

Terms vary by supplier and order history, and the specific arrangement should be documented clearly in the sales contract, together with the inspection and claim procedure.
Quality Control and Inspection
Confirm the QC process in writing: what is inspected, at what stage, and against which tolerances.
