Product Overview
A wipe built on dispersible nonwoven rather than standard spunlace. Standard wipes are engineered to stay strong when wet — which is exactly the property that makes them a problem in plumbing. A dispersible substrate is designed to lose strength in moving water, so the wipe breaks apart rather than forming a blockage.
This is a specialist format rather than a volume line, and it exists for ranges where disposal is part of the product claim. As with any dispersible product, the disposal route matters: performance depends on the wipe actually reaching moving water, so it suits markets and channels where that behaviour is understood by the buyer.
Private-Label Options
Sheet size, count per pack, nonwoven substrate, gsm, lotion formulation, fragrance and packaging format are all produced to your specification. We supply printed packs, tubs, canisters and cartons carrying your own brand, and can develop the lotion for specific positioning such as sensitive-skin, alcohol-free or fragrance-free. Dispersible substrates usually require a specific lotion system, so formulation is developed together with the substrate rather than chosen separately.
Typical Applications
Eco-positioned and hygiene-focused ranges, markets with stricter rules or guidance on wipe disposal, and retailers building a sustainability claim around the full range rather than a single product.
