Product Overview
Refill rolls produced with a heavier film than standard retail bags. The extra thickness gives the bag a more substantial feel in the hand and reduces the risk of a bag splitting when it is pulled from the dispenser or when the load is heavier than expected — the two complaints that most often drive customers to switch to a premium line.
The rolls are wound on a standard core so they fit the dispensers already used in your market, which means you can offer a refill product without asking customers to buy new hardware.
Private-Label Options
Bag format, size, film thickness, colour, printing and packaging can all be produced to your own specification. We print up to multi-colour artwork on the bag or on a header card, and supply retail-ready cartons, display boxes and dispenser sets under your own brand.

Materials & Compliance
Recycled PE is available for private-label programmes that require recycled content. Documentation requirements differ by destination market and by retailer, so tell us what your buyer requires and we will confirm exactly what can be supplied with the order.
Compostable film is produced from C200 resin certified to TUV OK Compost INDUSTRIAL (EN 13432) and OK Compost HOME (NF T 51-800), with BPI certification for the United States, held by our film supplier. The certificates cover the resin at a stated maximum thickness of 78 microns for industrial composting and 71 microns for home composting. Extra-thick specifications are checked against that limit before quoting, because a bag produced above those thicknesses cannot carry the corresponding claim.

What gauge is considered extra thick?
Gauge is agreed in the specification. Confirm the exact micron and the tolerance you will accept, because thickness affects hand feel, cost and dispenser fit.
Will these rolls fit a standard dispenser?
Check roll outer diameter, core inner diameter and roll width against your dispenser before ordering. A heavy gauge can increase pull resistance.
