Product Overview
Polyethylene dog poop bags manufactured for wholesale and private-label programmes. PE remains the standard material for this product because it is strong at low film weights, resists tearing when a bag is pulled from a dispenser, and takes print cleanly — which is why it still holds most of the retail market even as compostable alternatives grow.
We produce to your specification rather than supplying a single stock bag: film grade, thickness, bag size, colour, printing and roll format are all set per project, and the same bag can be packed in several different retail configurations for different channels.
Private-Label Options
Bag format, size, film thickness, colour, printing and packaging can all be produced to your own specification. We print up to multi-colour artwork on the bag or on a header card, and supply retail-ready cartons, display boxes and dispenser sets under your own brand. For EU markets we can supply material documentation to REACH requirements and support the packaging and labelling detail your regulatory obligations require.

Materials & Compliance
Compostable bags are produced from C200 resin certified to TUV OK Compost INDUSTRIAL (EN 13432) and OK Compost HOME (NF T 51-800), with BPI certification for the United States. The certificates are held by our film supplier and cover the resin at a stated maximum thickness: 78 microns for industrial composting and 71 microns for home composting. We check your bag specification against the certificate before quoting, because a bag produced above those thicknesses cannot carry the corresponding claim.
Recycled PE is available for programmes that require recycled content. Documentation requirements differ by destination market and by retailer, so tell us what your buyer requires and we will confirm exactly what can be supplied with the order.
